Massage Therapy Program Language Proficiency
This form is required prior to enrolling in the Trillium College Massage Therapy Program at Trillium College.
Language Fluency Requirement (CMTO Compliance)
In accordance with the requirements of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Career Colleges Act, applicants to the massage therapy program at Trillium College must demonstrate proficiency in English.
Applicants must meet CMTO language fluency requirements through one of the following pathways:
☐ OSSD or Equivalent, must include Grade 12 English (C or U level)
(Self-Declaration Form required if providing diploma in place of transcript)
Or
Language Proficiency Testing
Test must have been taken within two (2) years of program start date
